Everywhere we go will definitely have its plus points and its negative points from Singapore. i haven been overseas as much as i was klast time but i guess nowadays since i go so little i tend to think more..

J.b somewhere along the way of being a Singaporean a trip across the causeway is a must. for some its a weekly ritual, i have friends who go everyother day...personally i have been there enuff to stop counting. i do like the place as a good place to let loose my hard earnt cash for goods, at the end of each mth i like to see what i did with my pay and most of the time i got nothing to show but it seems a little more when i do it over there..

Good: value for money, like most ppl my age i guess i am working to make sure i am not still being a burden to my parents, my student loans(starting soon), my travel, my food, my luxuries are all being paid by me and while my pay is pretty good its still not enough for me to lugging expensive brands(not that i want to but just), i mean u buy a levis jeans and maybe a watch and thats where i stand in singapore but there i cld buy that and a bit more....

Bad: Each store has a buyer and Singaporean buyers buy with the globe in mind paying in mind our main economy is tourism but malaysia has the luxury to choose mostly for malaysians and i guess in that sense i do not seem to comprehend their fashion or maybe it just cld be that wher i shop the clothes do not seem to speak to me.. i am no fashion designer and i choose it by feel but i get no feel from their clothes..


There are lot of things more one could say or do but thing is the difference that i feel may be insulting for another and maybe at time like this its better to show a bit of ignorance... But one thing i really enjoy about Malaysia is the lack of rushy pushy people... Try standin on an escalator there no one is pushing you to go ahead. totally defeats the purpose of going on a escalator innit? worst is the people whu stare at you at the dhoby ghaut travellators. its there for people who cant walk that much(elderly kids) but people do a marathon on it and stare at you if you stand and let the travellator move(wat its there for)..In M'sia people tend to be laid back there isnt a hurry to trample over someone
